Refunds may be considered if:

– A payment was charged more than once for the same service.

– The service could not be provided due to a technical issue attributable to WhitePaper.

– The service was cancelled by WhitePaper before delivery.

2. Appointment Cancellation

If appointment booking is offered, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation timing and the healthcare provider’s policy.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after verification.

3. Homecare Services

If a scheduled homecare service is cancelled by WhitePaper or cannot be provided, eligible customers will receive either:

– A full refund, or

– Rescheduling of the service at no additional cost.

If a customer cancels after the service has commenced or at short notice, refund eligibility may be limited.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If WhitePaper sells medical devices, healthcare products, or other physical goods in the future:

– Products may be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

– Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

– Products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

– Services already completed.

– Missed appointments where the customer did not attend without prior cancellation.

– Incorrect information provided by the customer that affects service delivery.

– Any misuse of promotional offers or fraudulent transactions.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
